Acceptance of Terms:

This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you, the user, together with any organization, company or other business entity you are representing, if any (collectively, the “Member”) and Ultimate, (together with its, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees, “Ultimate”). BY CHECKING THE BOX ON THE SIGN UP PAGE, OR BY REGISTERING WITH THE SITE, MEMBER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. If Member does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not check the box and do not use or access, as well as Ultimate's social media websites, mobile websites, applications and other content (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is offered to Member conditioned upon Member’s acceptance without modification of this Agreement. Member acknowledges that, from time to time, it may be necessary for Ultimate to update or revise certain provisions of the Agreement. By joining and/or using the Service and accepting this Agreement, Member agrees that Ultimate may change the terms of the Agreement in its sole discretion without notice to Member. If Member does not agree to the changes proposed by Ultimate, or to any terms in this Agreement, Member’s sole and exclusive remedy is to cancel Member’s account (“Member’s Account”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ultimate reserves the right to cancel, suspend or refuse access to the Service to anyone in its sole discretion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or products that change, augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to this Agreement.


General Use of the Service:

Member shall not use the Service, in whole or in part, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.  Your use of the Services shall be subject to this Agreement and the terms and policies referenced herein, Ultimate’s Privacy Policy, and the terms of service, privacy policies and other applications terms and conditions for each social media website, website and other platforms then in effect.  Ultimate may, from time to time, conduct a promotion or contest; by participating in any manner in any such promotion or contest, you agree to comply with the terms and/or rules of any such promotion or contest, this Agreement, Ultimate’s Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms.  Member agrees that Member will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, frame in another web page, use on any other web site, transfer, or sell any information, software, lists of users, databases or other lists, products or services provided through or obtained from the Service other than for use in creating a web site (“Member Web Site”) in accordance with this Agreement. This means, among other activities, that Member agrees not to engage in the practices of “screen scraping”, “database scraping”, or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining lists of users or other information. Member agrees that Member will not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service. Member may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service. Except with the written permission of, Member agrees that Member will not access or attempt to access password protected, secure or non-public areas of the Service. If Member attempts to access prohibited areas of the Service, Member may be subject to prosecution.


Privacy Policy:


This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes and governs the information collection, use, and sharing practices of Ultimate, and all of their corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions as may change from time to time with respect to Ultimate's various products, services, websites, mobile applications, and other digital and interactive services (together, the “Services”).

Before you use or submit any information through or in connection with the Services, please carefully review this Policy. By using any part of the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as further outlined in this Policy. We will continue to evaluate this Policy as we update and expand the Services and our offerings, and we may make changes to the Policy accordingly.  Any changes will be posted here and you should check this page periodically for updates.  If we make material changes to this Policy, we will provide you with notice as required by law.  Your continued use of the Services will signify acceptance of the terms of the updated Policy.

Pro Shop Purchase and Fulfillment Policy:

All sales are final for products purchased from Pro Shop.  All shirt sizes are true to size.  Exchanges may be made for another size.  A new size will be shipped at the purchaser's expense.  Replacement products will only be shipped once the exchanged product has been received.  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR MASKS.  Send all exchange products to:

Event Purchase and Fulfillment Policy:

All sales are final for tickets to events, workshops, or clinics.  No refunds will be accepted following an event if the purchaser does not attend such events.  Information for purchases will not be used for additional subscriptions or services or sold to a 3rd party.  Tickets purchased by the purchaser are for that person and can not be resold.  Each ticket is good for one (1) person's entry to the attending event, workshop, clinic, etc. Tickets sold will not be physically shipped to the purchaser.  Purchaser will receive a confirmation email with the tickets attached.  If an email confirmation is not sent, check the email provided and contact us via at  Have the name of the purchaser available. 

Registration Refund Policy:

1.  Full refund given for drooped teams or athletes 30+ prior to an Ultimate Championships event.

2.  No refunds allowed within 30 days of an Ultimate Championships event.  See Transfer Policy below.

Live Event Cancellation Policy:

Should a live event be cancelled, customers will have 3 options:

1.  Request a full refund

2.  Transfer funds to an event within that season or towards the next season.

           a.  Any remaining balance following a transfer to another event can be either refunded or transferred to another event that season or towards an event in the next season.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
